Who we are

Achieve ("we", "us") is an independent web design and development studio based in Brașov, Romania. You can reach us at contact@achieve.ro or +40 724 071 975. This policy explains what personal data this website (achieve.ro) collects and how we handle it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you contact us voluntarily, through the contact form or by email/phone. This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Optionally, your phone number
• The content of your message

We do not run accounts, newsletters, or comment systems, and we do not collect data through any other form on this site.

How we use it

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a collaboration follows, to communicate about and deliver the agreed work. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we activate Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which processes anonymized usage data: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, and scroll depth. The analytics script is present on the page but stays idle and transmits nothing until you accept (Google Consent Mode); if you choose "Essential only", no analytics data is ever sent. It receives no form content, no messages, and no data you type anywhere on the site. The only thing always stored in your browser is a single preference value (achieve-cookie-consent) that remembers your choice in the cookie notice, so we don't ask again. It contains no personal data and is never transmitted anywhere. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Hosting and processors

The site is served as static files from our hosting provider. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us through our form/email provider acting as a data processor, solely for the purpose of delivering your message to our inbox.

Retention

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting collaboration, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain marketing lists.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@achieve.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
